Buying a home is one of the largest investments a person makes in their life. I take my fiduciary duty seriously and am committed to making the process as simple and easy as possible for my clients.

Communication is important, and I work with my clients to provide the resources and guidance necessary to make the important decisions involved in purchasing a home. There are a few things that you as a buyer need to think about early in the process.

Choose a lender and get pre-approved, so you know the loan programs available to you and what price range you’re comfortable with.
Make a list of what you want in a home. Prioritize and be ready to discuss your dreams with your Realtor. It is important for your Realtor to understand you and what’s important to you.
If you have any moving deadlines or other special needs, be sure to communicate them to your Realtor. The more information they have the better they can serve you.
